What do you think of your job, your leaders, your workplace?

Do you wake up in the morning excited about the prospect of going into work or do you dread the start of the working week. Maybe you’re somewhere in between.

The BlessingWhite Employee Engagement Survey 2010 is your chance to voice your opinion on what gets you engaged and enthused at work. You’ll also be contributing to a global initiative that aims to compare global engagement levels and provide recommendations on improving our workplaces.

Your Opinion Matters

While you might know what gets you engaged and enthused at work it is not always that clear to your manager(s) and senior leaders. By completing BlessingWhite's Employee Engagement Survey you'll be shining a light on your world at work.

This is not just an exercise in determining whether people are 'engaged' or 'disengaged'. It's about establishing clear and actionable strategies for business leaders to craft more meaningful workplaces. This can't be done by guesswork. It needs to be informed by people like you and based on real data.

What's In It For You?

Other than voicing your opinion and helping contribute to our knowledge of Employee Engagement you'll also receive the following bonuses for your time and insights:

  • Priority access to the global report. As soon as it is released, you will be emailed a complimentary PDF copy of the global report with specific data for the Asia Pacific.
  • A FREE ticket to our 2 hour launch event (valued at $287) where we’ll unveil the results of the survey and provide recommendations and strategies on how to increase engagement on both a personal and organisational level.
  • A chance to win a $100 gift voucher to use in our ‘Leaders are Learners’ online bookshop. (3 to give away).
  • A chance to win an Instinctive Drives™ (I.D™) report  valued at $900 (2 to give away) including a one-on-one I.D™ coaching session. The I.D™ report is a unique tool that allows you to uncover your inbuilt needs, talents and vulnerabilities. A terrific personal resource for discovering exactly what drives your engagement at work.

Register Your Interest

Contributing to BlessingWhite's Employee Engagement Survey 2010 is easy. There are 2 options available:

1. For Individuals

What do you think of your job, your leaders and your organisation? Have your say on what gets you excited and engaged at work by registering for a 10 minute survey.

2. For Organisations

How engaged are your employees? As part of the data collection process for this global survey we're offering organisations the opportunity to also discover how engaged their people are with a customised "Snapshot" report and briefing. This is a great opportunity to get a grasp of the key drivers of engagement in your organisation.

What is Employee Engagement?

Employee Engagement has long been emphasised as a key driver of business success but it involves a delicate balance between the needs of individual employees and the organisation alike.

While it is clear that 'engaged' employees offer a greater contribution to corporate goals, each individual must also discover a personal connection and satisfaction with their work to remain enthused and in gear. That's why BlessingWhite believes that; "aligning employees' values, goals and aspirations with those of the organisation is the best method for achieving the sustainable employee engagement required for an organisation to reach its goals."

Therefore, full engagement represents an alignment of maximum job satisfaction ("I like my work and do it well") with maximum contribution ("I help achieve the goals of my organisation").
