What Our Clients Say

Jill. Thanks so much for facilitating our workshop...You were very warm with our group, and I can see that’s something a lot of people would come to value in you, a real compassion for people and an intuition to see what lays beneath the surface...The office has been abuzz with positivity since we returned from the course, and we’re all really dedicated to helping each other through the tricky times, and enjoying the times when we’re "in-stride". Also, your one-on-one time has shed so much light, for me personally. My relationships have benefited from the changes. I’ve had some difficult discussions with people I work with, and found the anticipation was much more horrifying than their actual responses.

Alison Faulkner, Alcatel-Lucent Australia

Having never had any form of coaching before I was probably a little uncertain about what to expect from this programme or indeed what the benefits might be. However, Yvonne was able to lead our conversations in such a way that my thoughts, instead of constantly conflicting, were able to come together in some concrete way and enable me to have much greater clarity of what I need to do in order to satisfy my own personal and professional goals...I can only highly recommend not only Yvonne but the coaching experience to anyone who is at a crossroad in their career or just ready to be challenged to achieve more from what they already have.

Jennifer Wright, SAP

As well as deep skills in coaching on interpersonal issues, Steve brings an outstanding set of frameworks with which to illuminate peoples perceptions and behaviour. They have changed the way I see the world around me and through that my ability to coach and lead my colleagues. It has also helped me to make tough people related decisions much more easily and with more integrity and insight than previously.

Simon Smith, Ex Managing Director, eBay Australia

I was struggling with the role, motivation and drive through the first few months. Linley has helped me revitalise my enthusiasm and drive and I am getting a far better handle on my role.

To be blunt, I am starting to fire again and drive a lot more than I was. It's not perfect but it's a hell of a lot better. Linley has been key to getting a focus on what I am doing, need to do and should focus on in this new role.

In all - very successful and well worth the money.

Tessa’s coaching has really helped me get to that next level. I particularly appreciated the three-way discussions she facilitated between my sponsor and me.- I feel that we could have worked through some of this over time but to cover this in 20mins through her questions/coaching was great. I also feel that it has re-enforced my boss’ part in my development and has personalised it by eliciting examples from my sponsor’s own experience.
