Continuous and never ending improvement everyday, however small will lead to big results. Although we realise the importance of breakthrough strategies, a key mindset is that “small tweaks” over time will produce big results. It is the compounding effect of these small tweaks over time and the mindset of “what small thing can I do today, to make myself or the business better” that will yield enormous success, innovation and change over the long run.

Energy is the fuel that keeps our business alive. But energy without a sense of fun can be short live. We understand the importance of the profit motive and we still insist you can make great profits and have a lot of fun doing it. Our fun-filled energy pervades our workplace and each and every one of our services. We know that positive energy out, equals positive energy in. One of our key beliefs is the purpose of business is to give us all more life, not to suck the life out of us.
An ownership mindset is taking responsibility for your particular part of the business and the success of the total enterprise. It’s about behaving as if the business was your own. This means taking the responsibility to do whatever it takes to get the results, irrespective of whether it’s your job or not.
It’s about taking the lead to positively influence others and make a difference to our business, our clients and our community. It’s the essence of transformational leadership.
Ownership Mindset also means taking ownership of your own feelings and reactions rather than blaming the world outside you. It’s knowing that you own your response to the situation, no matter how uncomfortable this may be. That the way you respond is ultimately under your control.
We continually put ourselves in the others shoes and attempt to see the world through their eyes. We tell it how it is in a straight up fashion but always with the intention of leaving the relationship better than we found it. We care deeply about peoples’ feelings. We always assume positive intent when we fail to understand others’ behaviours or motives. We are grateful for the many blessings and privileges in our own lives and give back to the community through our time and expertise.
Attention (Awareness) always follows intention (Mindfulness). We are every present to the power of mindful intention by creating visions and setting goals. We increase our awareness by paying attention to our thoughts, feelings and behaviours and whether they are in alignment with our goals. Much of our work with leaders and ourselves is focussed on expanding this mindful self awareness.
