The reasons people undertake leadership coaching are many and varied but the underlying goal is usually the same; to get more from themselves and make a significant impact in their organisations. So, just like top sports people use coaching, Leadership Coaching is used to unlock potential and maximise performance.

Leadership Coaching with The Human Enterprise gives your leaders the chance to work closely with an objective outsider (coach) who can give them insights about their leadership strengths and weaknesses and how these can be applied (or managed) to achieve goals; personal and organisational.

Here are just some of the circumstances where you may want to consider using a leadership coach:

How does it work?

Focus Coaching and Vision Coaching packages involve personalised, one-on-one sessions (usually about 1.5 hours per session) with one of our experienced leadership coaches. There are two options available for your leaders:

1. Focus Leadership Coaching

Focus coaching involves 6 sessions, typically spaced over 6 months. The focus is on addressing up to 3 key leadership development areas. These may be areas you have already identified for your leader(s) or perhaps something they have recognised personally. Whatever it may be, the objective is to quickly address these key areas and get the coachee on the path to becoming an even better leader.

2. Vision Leadership Coaching

Vision coaching involves 12 sessions, typically spaced over 12 months. This longer-term package ensures your leaders are the best they can possibly be.

Rather than focusing on a few development areas the coachee will look at setting a vision for themselves as a leader and work with their coach to develop the behaviours and strategies to make this happen. Vision coaching challenges your leaders’ long held beliefs enabling them to really transform their leadership across all aspects of their life - personal and professional.
