Our Best: transforming high performance individuals into a high performance team

FAQ & Prices

How long is the workshop?

Our Best is a two day programme. It also involves a profiling tool – the Instinctive Drives™ (I.D.™) which is done online prior to the two day workshop.

Who should attend the workshop?

Our Best is designed for intact teams or where you have a group of individuals who have to work closely together toward a common objective. All members of the team, including management, should attend this workshop.

Is it necessary to include the whole team?

Yes. The success of the programme depends heavily on members understanding and appreciating how their team mates operate. It is also important to get everyone’s input when setting a team vision, mission and ground rules for interaction.

What is the I.D exactly?

The I.D.™ or Instinctive Drives™ is a tool which allows us to identify what drives each team member. It pinpoints with great accuracy the needs, talents and vulnerabilities of each participant making it so much easier for team members to relate to each other and management to move people to action!

Is there much involved in completing the I.D?

No, not much at all. It is a short (roughly 20 minute) questionnaire that is completed online prior to the workshop. Each participant will be given ample time to complete the questions.

Some of my team have already done their I.D.™, can they still attend?

Absolutely! Now they can really master it's application with their team.

Can you do the I.D.™ without having to do the Our Best workshop?

Yes we do offer the I.D.™ as a tool on its own. There is also a workshop designed for individuals that utilises the I.D.™ called In Stride: leading when you're not in charge.

What Others Say

In a challenging turn-around situation, The Human Enterprise helped the new leadership team to identify their Instinctive Drives, set compelling ground-rules for high performance interaction, and raise the team effectiveness.

As a consequence, the team saw a significant improvement. Bolder, better decisions were carried out faster and as a result, the business performance improved at the end of the year.

Klaus Ridderbusch, Managing Director, STREETS’ Ice Cream, Unilever

The “I.D” and MLQ Team” programs, that The Human Enterprise tailored to our needs, have changed the way we look at ourselves, our teams, our relationships and our challenges every day. And it is not a one hit wonder. There is constant follow-up and planning to ensure we build something that evolves and lasts.

Brett Riddington, Ex Brand General Manager Estee-Lauder

We were a mature team with most of the individuals having been in their positions for at least 3 years; hence we were able to work well together, particularly in a transactional capacity, but without necessarily making significant leaps forward as a team. The purpose of using the IDTM was to understand much more clearly what is was that actually drove ourselves individually and to share this with each other...I feel there is an atmosphere of willingness to more deeply understand others’ drives and needs than there was previously. The Human Enterprise did a fantastic job of introducing, explaining and connecting with each of us, so that the team moved to a new level of understanding.

Martin Wharam, Managing Director, Regional Head of Controllers APAC, Credit Suisse (USA) inc.

Having used The Human Enterprise on a number of previous occasions they were an obvious choice when bringing a group of diverse leaders of dissimilar functions together for the first time. The balance of understanding ourselves, then understanding each other and finally how we can leverage as a team towards a common set of outcomes has established a strong grounding for our team to continue to lead towards high performance in difficult circumstances.

Stuart McDonald, Group Executive Strategy, People and Corporate Services, Suncorp

The office has been a buzz with positivity since we returned from the course, and we’re all really dedicated to helping each other through the tricky times, and enjoying the times when we’re "in-stride." The exercises for understanding the times the team is in stride, and how we help each other through when we’re out of stride, has really stuck with me.
