How is it Different?
Not a radical change
Our Best does not require any radical behavioural changes or restructuring. Instead it relies on leveraging what comes naturally and recognising how our ‘leadership style’ may impact on others and visa versa. Most team workshops try to pinpoint specific behavioural problems and attempt to change them. This change is often temporary.
Whole Team Involvement
Our Best is so powerful because it allows all members, regardless of position, to contribute to the direction of the team. In doing this you’ll really get buy-in and commitment from all members.
Follow up Programme
To ensure the results of the workshop really stick we have put in place a 12 week follow-up programme for the entire team. Participants receive a one on one consultation with one of our experienced I.D™consultants and 12 weeks of practical ‘exercises’ they can implement in the workplace.
