What is Basecamp: Leadership Essentials?
Basecamp: Leadership Essentials is a ready-to-deliver leadership skills program which equips your people with the necessary skills they need to lead from any chair. That way, you can be confident that you have the talent you need to continue leading your organisation into the future.
The program utilises a variety of tools and
processes to ensure that the learnings stick. Participants finish with a leadership skillset they can continue
to develop and apply for the rest of their professional lives.
It utilises a combination of prework, workshops, follow up resources, peer coaching and manager discussions to ensure that participants retain the learnings, well after the program is over.
It covers some of the essential leadership capabilities required to develop productive passionate workplaces.
It’s primarily skills-based, yet also inspires your associates to be the best leaders they can be at work, at home and in their community.
It can be linked to your current Organisational Vision, Strategy and Leadership Competency Model so leaders get one consistent message of what’s expected of them.
There are 3 delivery options available:- One Day: A full day face-to-face- Two Days: 2 full days with even deeper alignment to Organisational Values & Capabilities- Virtual: Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) over 3 half-days

Who is it for?
It’s designed for those in first-line management roles, as well as those that are in positions of influence with no direct reports. The content is also relevant to those who are already in management positions and could benefit from reinvigorating their fundamentals.
It’s suitable for both corporate and for-purpose organisations as well as government departments, where leadership is seen as key to developing a world-class culture.
What’s covered?
The content of the programme is separated into 6 learning modules, each addressing an essential development area for any leader. They are:

How many participants can I put through the program?
The workshops are designed for up to 24 participants Face-to-Face or 30 participants when delivered virtually.
We find this is the sweet spot for getting the most people through the program without losing personal engagement. You can of course, put a larger cohort through the program by splitting them into smaller groups.
What happens if I’m not satisfied?
We are committed to ensuring that you walk away from this experience as a Raving Fan. In fact, we’re so confident that you will, we’re prepared to guarantee the results.
