In this first episode of Mentoring with Mitch, I draw on the brilliant work of Barry Oshry to answer the following question:

“Working in a large organisation, there are lots of times where upper management requirements and staff needs conflict.
Working in middle management can feel like being the meat in the sandwich.
Do you have any advice on how to work best with these conflicting needs?”
