In this episode, I look at the importance of owning your personal brand.
Here’s the question:
“I’m about to have my first town hall with the whole team. I’ve been here several months now doing lots of one-on-ones so most people know me and I’ve had conversations with most people. Do you still think it’s worthwhile to do a quick intro of my background or any other suggestions or will it come across as over the top?”
If you don’t own your personal brand, others will make it up anyway and it may not be what you imagined. In the video, I outline a four-part formula to help you craft your personal brand with a specific goal in mind.
I hope it helps.
