As you know, we create videos every fortnight to help you lead in all areas of your life. COVID-19 has now taken us in a new direction.

THIS TIME IT’S DIFFERENT

This is the first in a series of 5 videos I’ll be releasing to help you, your team and your family come to grips with some of the emotions you may be experiencing through this period of unsettling uncertainty.

In this first video, I talk about two types of grief, the stages of grief, and what we all crave for in these “unprecedented” times. 

I’d love you to watch these with your family, or whoever you’re living with at the moment and just talk. Share it with your team (virtually) and just talk. And be with each other.

Pain shared, is pain divided. Because just accepting where you’re at, and where others are at, creates even more of a sense of connection and community. And that’s what we all need to pull us through.

In subsequent videos, I’ll be sharing other insights and strategies that I hope you also find helpful, inspiring yet realistic.
