You may be focusing on the negative consequences of COVID-19.

You may not.

You may have come to grips with the pandemic and are constantly looking for the gold, the possibilities.

In this video, I’m going to encourage you to do both. Not just during the pandemic, but as a maxim of great leadership.

It’s based around a survivor of a POW camp during the Vietnam War, James Stockdale, a naval officer who went on to be a Vice Presidential Candidate in the USA.

I hope you enjoy this brief overview of The Stockdale Paradox, and that it gets you thinking about your own frame of mind.
