The Power of Words – Leadership Skills Video

October 29, 2019

You’ve heard the old saying “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me”.

I don’t agree.

Words count!

Your words count.

Because they carry emotion for all of us. And the wrong words, at the wrong time, can create the wrong emotions, killing relationships which you’ve taken years to build.

This is particularly the case when it comes to delegation. Having SHARED MEANING on some of the key concepts of delegation will improve your effectiveness as a leader dramatically.

In this video, I give my view on 4 WORDS you have to get absolute clarity on or the quality of your delegation and your relationships will suffer.

Enjoy the video.

I hope you enjoy this video. Please forward it on to other transformational leaders like yourself who you think would benefit from the small leadership tweaks within.
