I’ve worked with some good leaders and some great ones.
The great ones do it differently and yet they all have very similar traits and behaviours.
What about you? How do you shape up?
I define great in 3 ways:
- Great Results
- Great Customer Relationships (Call in Brand, Net Promotor Scores, Value-Adding etc)
- And of course Incredible Management of People (Engagement, Talent Development, Joy, Meaning)
Success leaves clues and patterns. In this video, I outline 5 of those patterns I’ve noticed in great leaders I’ve worked with over the years.
As you view the video, I’d love you to reflect on the degree of focus you give to each trait, score yourself on a scale of 1-10 and then choose one trait or behaviour you’re going to focus on in the next week.
