The great ones do it differently and yet they all have very similar traits and behaviours.

• Great Customer Relationships (Call in Brand, Net Promotor Scores, Value-Adding etc)
• And of course Incredible Management of People (Engagement, Talent Development, Joy, Meaning)

Success leaves clues and patterns. In this video, I outline 5 of those patterns I’ve noticed in great leaders I’ve worked with over the years.
